Online Ordering

When you place an online order with Vitality 4 Life, you will receive an immediate confirmation email prior to your order being processed. We will not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be dispatched.

We endeavour to only list items that are in stock and readily available, but if for an unforeseen reason, Vitality 4 Life doesn’t have the product you ordered in stock, we will contact you ASAP in accordance with business hours before taking payment. If payment was made immediately by Paypal, we will offer you a full refund to be processed on the next business day.

Payment Methods

PayPal

When using PayPal as a preferred method of payment, it is important that you use the PayPal payment facility in the Vitality 4 Life website and DO NOT go directly to PayPal to make the payment, otherwise the account may not be closed and your shipping information may not be recorded.

To avoid any delay in processing your order, please include your phone number.

Additionally, not completing the checkout could result in unclosed transactions and checkout reminder emails may continue to be sent to you.

For Electronic Funds Transfer, orders will be processed & dispatched when the transfer funds arrive in the Vitality 4 Life account.

Shipping

All items in this shop are for shipping throughout UK. If you would like to purchase one of our products and live elsewhere, please call +44 1279 874 616 or email support@vitality4life.co.uk for a price on shipping.

We offer free shipping on almost all of our products.

Most items are delivered by Courier to either your home or workplace. When you paid for your goods, you would have been asked to indicate a designated delivery address.

Please include a delivery address where you will be available to sign for the item.

If you are not at that designated delivery location when the courier arrives, they will leave calling card at the premises with the Courier Company’s contact details. You will need to call and arrange another drop off time.

Items for delivery outside standard courier routes, and small size items will be sent via Registered Mail. If you are not at home at time of delivery, you will receive a calling card directing you to go to your local post office to collect the parcel.

Delivery

When your order has been processed and money received, your item will be dispatched as soon as it possibly can. This will normally be the next business day after you placed your order. Items generally take three to ten working days to be delivered.

Whilst we will do everything we can to ensure the courier company delivers the product to you as soon as possible, we cannot be held responsible for the amount of time for delivery once the item has left the Vitality 4 Life warehouse.

Returns

We are so confident in our products that we welcome you to try them for a period of 30 days and if you are not completely satisfied, you are welcome to return to us for a full refund (minus any shipping costs charged by Vitality 4 Life at the time of payment).

Returns within the 30-day period must be in the original box or appropriate package and customers are advised to send returns by registered post or by courier.

Returns are the customer’s responsibility until received by Vitality 4 Life.

You will be notified when your item is received back at Vitality 4 Life. If we haven’t received it and you have sent it registered post, you will need to contact your post office and fill out a lost article form.

If you sent it by courier and it is lost, you will need to contact the courier company.

Warranty

We handle the warranty for 99% of our product range. In order to activate your warranty, it’s important to register your warranty within 30 days of receiving your product. You can register your warranty online: warranty.vitality4life.com.

We take the time to source reliable, top quality products and we offer a full repair service for products you have purchased through Vitality 4 Life itself or a Vitality 4 Life reseller.

Repairs

If the product you have purchased from Vitality 4 Life or our reseller requires on site servicing at our service centre, please contact us before you send the item. In many instances, we can resolve the issue via email, over the phone or by sending parts and/or liaising with your local electrician.

If it has been established that your product needs to be physically inspected at a Vitality 4 Life service centre, please send the item with your name, address, copy of receipt (where possible) of purchase and a brief explanation of the problem.
